Clement Packaging was founded by a father-daughter team committed to redefining sustainable products and packaging from source to soil.
With our team of scientists, engineers, and designers, we help consumer brands transition to using durable and certified compostable materials that protect both product and planet.
Helen possesses an unwavering passion for the beauty industry and has brought 100+ consumer goods products from idea to market. She built her expertise by leading product development for various global personal care and wellness brands.
She authored both of Clement Packaging’s pending utility patents and is a thought leader in the sustainable CPG space, speaking at renowned global events through the World Economic Forum, Society of Cosmetic Chemists, and teaching cosmetic science at the University of Toledo.
Helen holds a degree in synthetic chemistry from Columbia University and started her career on the lab bench. She’s based in San Francisco, USA.
Helen Yang
When it comes to constructing manufacturing businesses from scratch, Dr. Simon Yang is the leading expert. He has experience building advanced production facilities from the ground up and scaling globally across language barriers, all rooted in his decades of deep technical expertise as a mechanical engineer.
Dr. Yang currently serves on the Board of Governers at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and holds the prestigious Magnolia award which has been presented to less than 1500 total leaders in history by Shanghai’s Municipal Government.
Dr. Simon Yang holds a PhD in materials science from Tsinghua University and is based in Shanghai, China.
